Practically speaking, all Multinational company operate like this, they send the resource CV to the hirer and based on hirer acceptance, the MNC sends the worker. This worker is on the MNC payroll, and the MNC deduct taxes for that particular worker. In our case, the worker is with the limited company


The hirer is not bothered on the substitute and it is the worker or the worker’s limited company concern




If the scope of work is changing, the hirer can amend the contract with the limited company to modify the working arrangements
